Atlanta Botanical Garden, GAINESVILLE
The Garden has become the gemstone of Gainesville's culture since it first opened its doors in 2015. The Garden is constantly changing where horticulturally oriented, nature lovers families can rediscover their roots. The Gainesville location is the home of the largest conservation nursery in the Southeast, with famous plant collections, gorgeous showcases, and amazing presentations.
The park features seven acres of outdoor gardens, walking pathways, a visitor center with gift store, and a 2000-seat amphitheater. Early in 2020, the 1.5-acre Children's Garden complete. Throughout the year, the Garden serves as a community cultural center, offering fascinating exhibitions, events, performances, and educational programs.
The Atlanta Botanical Garden is aesthetically attractive, with dozens of captivating artworks and vibrant themes that everyone can enjoy. Definitely worth the entry fee, and a wonderful memory to share with family, friends or even just yourself.
It's necessary to keep on the paths so you don't harm the plants or the displays. When you are permitted to step off the path, it is prominently marked so you won’t miss it.
The children's garden is a great place for them to relax. There is a dragon to climb and routes to follow here.
In the children's portion of the garden, there is a trolley. In the middle of the play area, it looks amazing. The trolley will come out and drive on its track if you touch the button once.
Keep an eye out for fairy houses and other amusing decorations. There are a plethora of them in the children's section!
Admission is free if you are a member. Regular admission is only $8 for adults and $5 for children, which is a great price considering the splendor within! It's smaller than the one in Atlanta, but it's a fantastic destination to visit.
