Blade edging service

Blade edging around a lawn can give it a professional cared for look that people just love to see on a lawn. This service is usually completed by a lawn service company that has a team of technicians working to get that lawn looking just as picture perfect as can be. Blade edging can be a tricky task and it completed by a trained team member that specializes in trimming and edging a lawn. This is usually one of the first tasks that a lawn service technician learns how to do. They are trained on how to perform blade edging around sidewalks, flower beds, shrubs, driveways and more. This really gives a lawn a high quality finished appearance that will have the lawn turning heads as the people pass on by.

A lawn service technician is trained to trim and edge properly. It really isn’t a job that anyone can just go in there and do. It takes skill to know how to do the job properly. It is important for them not to get too far into the ground and actually kill the grass or the landscaping. Then going too low and not being able to stay even with the lawn does not give the edging the clean cut looking that is trying to be achieved. The proper procedure has to be done just right to get that perfect edge that does not kill the grass yet looks clean and managed.

Properties that have edging completed usually work on the same schedule as mowing. It should be completed every week along with the mowing to ensure that it is maintained.
It is a good rule of thumb to remember that one of the main things to follow is to make sure that the edger stays close up to the cement or the surface that is being edged around. This keeps the grove aligned with other surfaces and will not cause the grass to recede. If it recedes it will no longer be able to be edged and completely lose that professional maintained imagine.

The goal is to keep the gap between the grass and the surface as thin as possible. A stick blade edger is one of the best tools to be able to work with to achieve this. It puts the blade in the gap and it is easy to work down through the gap. The key to edging is to make sure that the proper tool is being used and that it is kept up with. Each time that the lawn is mowed the edging should be completed too. Following the lines will be easier and the possibility of receding grass lines will be less.
Regularly having the lawn edged around the lawn is important to giving the lawn a polished look.

The edges of the lawn are just as important to establish as the height of healthy looking grass. Both the trimming around the edges of the lawn and the grass mowers should work together to be sure it is completed each time that a service is provided. Usually, the edgers start working the lawn before the mowers. This allows for the mowers to check all the edges as they are passing by to make sure that every edge is being tackled around the property. During the grass growing season working together quickly and efficiently ensures that the edging and the mowing are done right and with care without wasting anyone time being out in the hot sun.
The final step to the process that should be completed is for the grass clippings to be blown away from the edges
ensuring that the clear cut look is totally achieved and on display.
